Invoice Sync

  1. When do you want to create invoices in e-conomic?

Choose the trigger for invoice creation: Either when stripe invoice is sent or paid. Choose the corresponding invoice stage under e-conomic.

  1. What type of invoice should be created?
  • Draft Invoice: Creates an editable invoice that you can review

  • Booked Invoice: Creates a final, non-editable invoice

  • Draft Order: Creates a draft order instead of an invoice

Select the stages and click on "Save" to proceed.

  1. How should invoice data be mapped?
  • Configure how Stripe payment information appears on your e-conomic invoices:

Key points:

  • Map payment address fields for accurate billing information

  • Match similar field types for accurate data transfer

Important note: When an invoice sync runs, the system will:

  1. First check for the customer in e-conomic (create if needed)



  2. Then check for products (handle according to your product sync settings)


  3. Finally create the invoice with your specified settings. Click on "Save Mappings"
