By seamlessly integrating e-conomic, an accounting software used by Dansk Auto, with MailChimp, we have created an efficient and automated workflow that ensures accurate and up-to-date customer information.

They needed help with automating this workflow for error free addition of contacts from their e-conomic app to the MailChimp mailing list.
The Solution
How did we approach it?
Our SaaS experts designed a scalable and user-friendly solution that integrated e-conomic, an accounting software used by Dansk, with MailChimp. Our integration solution ensured that a new draft invoice created in e-conomic automatically added the corresponding contact to the MailChimp mailing list.
First, we set up a workflow to fetch customer details from e-conomic’s database, including names, email addresses, and member subscription status. This workflow ensured that Dansk Auto had accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Next, Cloudify set up a workflow to add or update member subscription details in Mailchimp. If a member does not already exist in Mailchimp, Cloudify creates a new member using the customer details obtained from e-conomic. If a member already exists, Cloudify updates their subscription status in Mailchimp based on the information obtained from e-conomic. This may involve adding or removing tags, updating subscription preferences, or making other relevant changes.
By automating these workflows, Cloudify ensures that Dansk Auto’s customer management system is accurate, efficient, and up-to-date. This leads to improved customer satisfaction and increased revenue for Dansk Auto.
