Click "App Launcher" and search Accounts. You will view a list of accounts.
Click on the required account.
Click “Sync Now”, which is available on the screen's right side. You will get a successful message. Note: Only that particular customer will be synced for whom you click “Sync Now”.
Once the sync is complete, click on "Chatter" and you can view the status. Furthermore, you will receive a notification from the Bell icon.
