How to Perform Customer Sync

  • Click "App Launcher" and search Accounts. You will view a list of accounts.


  • Click on the required account.


  • Click “Sync Now”, which is available on the screen's right side. You will get a successful message. Note: Only that particular customer will be synced for whom you click “Sync Now”.


  • Once the sync is complete, click on "Chatter" and you can view the status. Furthermore, you will receive a notification from the Bell icon.
