Customer Synchronization Rules

How to Turn On Customer Sync Rules

i) Now, click App Launcher on the screen's left side.

ii) Search “Accounts” on it.

iii) Click the account name as per your requirement.

iv) You will be redirected to the account name page.

v) Click “Settings” and click “Edit Page”. The page will be opened in an editing format.

vi) On the left side of the screen, under “Custom - Managed”, you will find Visma e-conomic.

vii) Click on it to proceed to the next step.

viii) Now, drag the Visma e-conomic and drop it on the right side of the “Activity” page.

ix) You will see the “Customer Sync” dialogue box appear automatically.

x) Click "Save".

xi) A new confirmation screen will appear. Click "Activate".

xii) You will get a new dialogue box. Scroll down and click “Assign as Org Default”.

xiii) You will see three options for form factors:

  • Desktop: Select this option if you want the default page to be available only on desktop computers.

  • Phone: Select this option if you want the default page to be available only on mobile phones.

  • Desktop and phone: Select this option if you want the default page to be accessible on both desktop computers and mobile phones.

xiv) You have to click Desktop. Click "Save".

xv) Click on the backspace arrow situated on the left side of the screen.

xvii) Go to Accounts. You will find the “Sync Now” button under “Customer Sync” on the left side of the screen.
