Mapping Window

The mapping window allows you to sync the Basic data and Financial data that is coming from Danish CVR Lookup into your CRM. It connects individual fields with matching information from CVR lookup to your Pipedrive organisation. While installing for the first time you will have some mappings set by default.

How Does It Work?

Company Field Mappings

  • Click the "Edit" icon and change the fields that you want to sync.

  • In the Pipedrive column, you will see a drop-down menu for the respective field. Upon clicking, you will see a list of all your Pipedrive organisation properties (we currently support text and number fields only).

  • From this dropdown, you can search for and select the Pipedrive property where you want the data from the CVR app to be stored.

  • Click on the "Financial data" section where some of the default financial fields are listed like Net turnover, Gross profit, Balance sheet and Currency Code.

  • If you want a new property that is not present in your organisation's properties list, you can create a new custom property by clicking "Create property".

  • Give it a Name and click on "Create". This will create a new custom organisation property under organisation Information in your Pipedrive CRM.Click "Save".


  • Once you are satisfied with your mapping settings, click on "Save Mapping".

Person Field Mappings

This step enhances your Pipedrive CRM with detailed contact information, improving your ability to engage with key individuals within companies.

Note: It is compulsory to check the “Create Contact” option if you want to sync the contact details for the added companies.

  • Click the "Edit" button.

  • Select the option from the dropdown menu.

  • Click "Save".

  • Click "Save Mappings".
