Gettting the Most Out of the App
Update Companies via HubSpot CRM Card
It is a seamless way to update and enrich company information directly within HubSpot. This functionality is valuable for businesses because it:
Allows instant access to up-to-date Danish company data and financials without leaving HubSpot
Enables quick verification and updating of CVR data for existing records
Facilitates easy addition of new Danish companies to the CRM with comprehensive information
Provides financial insights directly in the dashboard, supporting informed decision-making
Streamlines the process of maintaining accurate and current Danish company records
How Does It Work?
Click CRM and select the Companies option
Click on a company.
On the right side of the window, you will see a CRM card under the name “Danish CVR Lookup”.
You will find two options: Search Company and Actions. If you want to update only the CVR data, Click Actions > Update CVR Data. Click on “Search Company” to view the financials of the company or add a new company.
Once the data is updated, you will be able to see the financial data table in the dashboard.
As you click the Search Company option, a search window will pop up. You can use any Danish company name or a valid CVR number to search for a company.
Click on the Add button for the company that you want to add. This will add all that organisation’s data and financial data that you are searching for - to the company that you have currently opened in your HubSpot CRM.
After the successful addition of the company, close the window and refresh the page to see the newly inserted data.
