This section on adding a company via the Company VAT app is crucial for enhancing your HubSpot CRM with accurate, up-to-date VAT information. Here's why it's important:

How Does It Work?

  1. Open a Company inside your HubSpot CRM.

  2. On the right side of the window, you will see a CRM card under the name “Company VAT Lookup”.

  3. Click on Search Company.

  4. A search window will pop up where you can select a country. You can enter the VAT number or company name in the search dialogue box [CVR number in case of Denmark as the selected country]

  5. Click on the ‘Add’ button for the company you want to add. This will add all the organization’s data you are searching for to the company you have currently opened in your HubSpot CRM, per the mapping you defined.

  6. After the successful addition of the company, close the window and refresh the page to see the newly inserted data.
