Privacy Policy
At Cloudify, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This document explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
Consent
By using our website, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
This policy covers our online activities only. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than this website.
Information We Collect
The personal information you are asked to provide — and the reason you are asked for it — is made clear at the point we ask for it.
If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message, any attachments you send, and anything else you choose to share.
When you register for an account, we may ask for contact details such as name, company name, address, email address and telephone number.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate and maintain our website
- Improve, personalise and expand our website
- Understand and analyse how you use our website
- Develop new products, services, features and functionality
- Communicate with you about support, updates, marketing and promotions
- Send you emails you have asked for
- Detect and prevent fraud
Log Files
Cloudify follows the standard practice of using log files. These record visits to the website and are part of hosting analytics.
Log files capture IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and click counts. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information. We use it to analyse trends, administer the site, track movement across pages and gather demographic information.
Data Protection Measures for Sensitive Data
We take the following measures to protect data accessed through your connected third-party accounts:
- Access controls — access to connection data is restricted by role within your organisation. Only Owners and Editors can view, configure or manage a connection, and all data is scoped to your own organisation's account. It is never accessible to other customers.
- Encryption in transit — all data moving between your browser, our servers and connected third-party services is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Data removal — when you disconnect a linked account, the associated access credentials are permanently deleted from our systems immediately.
- Retention — workflow execution history, including data retrieved through a connected account, is kept so you can review past runs, and is retained until you delete the connection or your account.
- Purpose limitation — data accessed through a connected account is used solely to power the automations you configure. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalised or non-personalised AI models.
Advertising Partners
Third-party ad servers and ad networks use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript and web beacons in the advertisements and links that appear on Cloudify. These are sent directly to your browser and automatically receive your IP address when this happens.
These technologies measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and personalise the advertising content you see. Cloudify has no access to or control over cookies used by third-party advertisers.
Third-Party Privacy Policies
This Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. We recommend you review the privacy policies of those third parties for details of their practices and opt-out instructions.
You can also disable cookies through your browser settings. Each browser publishes its own guidance on cookie management.
CCPA Privacy Rights
Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business collecting personal data discloses the categories and specific pieces of personal data it has collected.
- Request that a business deletes any personal data it has collected about the consumer.
- Request that a business selling personal data does not sell the consumer's personal data.
GDPR Data Protection Rights
Every user is entitled to the following rights:
- The right to access — request copies of your personal data. We may charge a small fee for this service.
- The right to rectification — ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, or complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure — ask us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

- The right to object to processing — object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

Children's Information
Protecting children online is part of our priority. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and monitor their children's online activity.
Cloudify does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided this kind of information on our website, contact us immediately and we will remove it from our records.
