Cloudify Partners Agreement

Duration of the Partner Agreement

The Partner Agreement will commence from the date of acceptance and will continue unless terminated by either party. Either Cloudify or the Partner may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Any commissions earned on customers successfully referred prior to termination will continue to be paid in accordance with the agreed commission terms.

Applicability of Cloudify’s Terms of Use

This Partner Agreement operates in conjunction with Cloudify’s standard Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. All customers referred by the Partner will be subject to Cloudify’s Terms of Use, which govern product usage, billing, service delivery, and data protection. Cloudify may update these terms from time to time, and such updates will apply automatically.

Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between Cloudify and the Partner. The Partner acts as an independent entity and has no authority to bind Cloudify or make representations on its behalf.

Partnership Program Prerequisites

Participation in Cloudify’s Partner Program is subject to approval. The Partner must provide accurate business information, comply with Cloudify’s referral and branding guidelines, maintain confidentiality of shared information, and act in good faith when representing Cloudify. No minimum referral commitment is required.
