Product sync rules
First, you need to define how you want to search the products from Shopify to Business Central by setting the ‘Search parameter’ and selecting the first option.
You can also select custom mapping for this for searching the product.
Product not found
If the product is not found, then you can select any one of the three provided options:
You can choose ‘Do not generate invoice.’
You can select ‘Use a pre-chosen product or default product from the list.’
The third option is ‘Create new product.’ If you have custom products in your deal, then select them from the dropdown.
Product field mapping
For users who have selected ‘create new product’, you need to define the product mapping fields – product name, product number, and product unit price.
