Product sync rules

• First, you need to define how you want to search the products from Shopify to Business Central by setting the ‘Search parameter’ and selecting the first option.

• You can also select custom mapping for this for searching the product. 

  

Product not found

• If the product is not found, then you can select any one of the three provided options:

• You can choose ‘Do not generate invoice.’ 

• You can select ‘Use a pre-chosen product or default product from the list.’ 

• The third option is ‘Create new product.’ If you have custom products in your deal, then select them from the dropdown. 

Product field mapping

• For users who have selected ‘create new product’, you need to define the product mapping fields – product name, product number, and product unit price.
