Connect Business Central
Are you ready to supercharge your webshop to accounting workflow? Our simple process seamlessly connects your Shopify and business central accounts, bringing powerful synchronisation to your fingertips. This integration allows you to effortlessly manage your webshop data and make invoices/orders all from within your familiar Stripe interface.
Initial Installation
Getting Started
Log in to your Shopify partner account for which you want to install the Business Central sync app.
Search for the Business Central sync app and click on the app to proceed with the installation.
Once you open the app, click on “Select the store” and select the relevant store that you want to connect with the Business Central app.
You will then be redirected to the Authentication window to connect with the Business Central app. Click on ‘Connect Microsoft Business Central’.
A pop-up window will appear for logging in to your Business Central account. Once you enter your credentials, your Microsoft Business Central account will get the access request.
Proceed with the installation process by clicking on ‘Next.’
Select the environment and company for the Business Central account. Then click on ‘Save” and then click on “Next.”
Extension installationThis is a unique installation needed for Business Central account linking. Click on the provided link, and once the file is downloaded in the download manager, click on the ‘Keep’ option.
Log in to your Business Central account, click on 6 dot tab option, and click on Business Central.
Select the environment here, and you will be redirected to the next window wherein the top right corner, you can view the environment and the company name that you had selected earlier.
Click on the search bar and search for extension management.
Click on “Manage” and select “Upload extension.”
A new pop up window opens - “Upload and deploy extension”. Here you need to upload the Select .app file in the first tab, accept the privacy policy, and then click on “Deploy.”
To check if the installation is successful, again click on “Manage” and then “Installation status.” You can then check the installation status in a new window.
Final setup
Once the app extension is set, go back to the Shopify page and click on “Next.” This will lead you to the subscription page, where a free trial plan is selected by default. Click on “Next.”
