If the integration ran into any errors, complete error details will be shown as well. You can make necessary changes and then click on the 'Replay' button in the note to re-run the integration.

No. The integration only creates a draft invoice/estimate in QuickBooks. It won't be automatically sent to your customers. You'll need to send it to your customer manually for now.
