Customer Search Rules
Set up Customer Sync Preferences to seamlessly synchronize customer information between Pipedrive and Xero, ensuring data consistency and avoiding duplicate entries. The integration actively searches for customers based on your defined parameters; if a match is found, that record is used; otherwise, a new customer profile is created to maintain a comprehensive database.
Organization Matching Criteria (For Business Customers - B2B)
You can configure organization matching criteria by selecting a field in Pipedrive (e.g., Organization Name, ID, Email, etc.) corresponding to the chosen Xero field. This ensures both platforms refer to the same organization data when syncing information, maintaining consistency across systemsPeople Matching Criteria: B2C Sync Activation (For Individual Customers)
Note: Enable this only if you deal with individual contacts as wellThis feature is essential for businesses dealing directly with individual contacts that are not organizations. It allows the seamless addition of persons from Pipedrive to Xero as customers when there's no associated Organization. Therefore, if this is the case, check “Enable Primary Contact sync”. Match similar fields like name to name, email to email or ID to ID.
