Zapier is an integrations platform – we use to make connections between different kinds of cloud software.
Grand Central station of the Internet
Imagine Zapier as the Grand Central Station of the Cloud Computing world. If you go to the station you won’t arrive at the destination – but at the station they have tracks going to just about every destination in the world.
At this Grand Central Station of the Internet you can do something you can’t in any train station in the world – from this station you can make a connection between any 2 points anywhere in the world.
So from New York you can connect the tracks between Tokyo and Honolulu – across any mountain ridge across any ocean – you can’t do that at the normal station.
The tracks Zapier is connecting is the end-points inside Cloud software. These end points are – where the trains eventually will arrive – and Zapier uses open APIs to find their way.
An example – if you have a Facebook Lead Gen campaign and you want the leads to be opened as leads in your CRM software (it could be SuperOffice, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Nimble, SalesForce, Solve, etc.).
The End point in Facebook (where the leads is) is connected to the end Point in the CRM program – where new leads are collected.
This way no one has to download the leads in a CSV-file from Facebook – when the campaign is over – and upload them to funnel in the CRM. They will put in front of the right person immediately after the contact is made.
In this case the sales team can contact the lead – immediately – when the customer is most likely to buy.
It is API who is the train tracks – Zapier is the train station who knows where every destination is.
What does Zapier do?
Zapier is a tool that allows you to connect apps you use every day to automate tasks and save time.
Zapier gives us the option of connecting over 1000 different Cloud Software. Zapier knows most of the destination within every one of these pieces of software.
We use Zapier to move data from one place to another. Putting the data into the absolutely most useful position – in front of the people who need it.

Automation with Zapier
We use Zapier to make automations. And it is fast and easy. We build a Zap that’s the tracks between the 2 systems.
How does it work?
When we make an integration for you with Zapier – we build work flows with a Zap which perform the automation for you. We identify a Trigger in one cloud system and make it activate an Action in another system.
The Cloud systems are the ones you use every day – Google, Microsoft, Trello, Jira, MailChimp, Slack and 1000 other cloud systems. All your favorite apps.
We can set up a Zap that would automatically save responses from a website using a form – it could be Typeform form to a new row on a Google Sheet for you – which would be a fast way to collect the responses you get from your website.
But remember there's no limitation to this action. You can add as many actions – to your Zaps as you like – building chains of actions based on one Trigger – the customer filling in the Typeform. You could automatically save responses from the Typeform – into a Google Sheet and then automatically send an email to the respondent e.g. saying “– Thank you for contacting us – we’ll get right back to you!”
We’ll set up your Zap for you, and you can pick what data you want to send from one app to the other, this means you will get the data – most relevant and most useful put in front of you – exactly when you need it

If so we’ll automatically run your Zaps action or the sting of actions – described in the Zap! Automation in stet of manually moving data around and cutting and pasting data into new systems.
